Case Study 1, Mid Sussex Expo 2017: Fountain Therapies

by Sonny Cutting

Fountain Therapies can be compared to a bubbling brook in the forest; soothing and a sanctuary for all; a place where Health and Wellbeing meet with elements of Holistic and Mystic Energies. Concentrating on natural solutions to combat the pressures of modern life, the therapy centre in Handcross serves the local community and helps those in need of services in a calm and relaxing environment.

The professional and qualified therapists are the core of the business, and the focus for progression this year for the company. With sixteen fantastic team members, Fountain Therapies offers wonderful services as a holistic therapy centre. When asked what her long term goals are for Fountain Therapies, founder Sam highlights her desire to expand into other local towns to be able to meet the needs of more people.

Case Study 1: Mid Sussex Expo 2017
Client: Fountain Therapies

Samantha Doyle is the leading therapist of Fountain Therapies, and established the centre once her three kids having screaming matches and playing at home got too much; tranquillity, peace and quiet were essential. Three and a half years later, the therapy centre is thriving, standing out against competitors by remaining fiercely independent, fun, and also retaining family values in company form. This has come from her shared resilience and journey with her partner Mark. Mark is an invaluable part of the business, with years of managerial experience behind him standing him in good stead as the company bookkeeper. Sam’s greatest satisfaction in her job is knowing that she has helped someone on their journey and made them feel happier – this drive to improve people’s lives serves to make Fountain Therapies even more special as a company, and has been recognised too by the local community – over the last few years they have won a few local awards for their outstanding work.

Samantha loves the colour blue which comes from her understanding of the chakra colours. The main energy of blue is communication and it is the colour used to soothe, and though her dream superpower may not be in her reach – time travel isn’t quite achievable even for this magical company and so the truth of Atlantis will remain a mystery – Sam has learnt that nothing stays the same. Just like the ebb and flow of the tide, everything is forever changing, but it has an equilibrium that cannot be ignored.

Since 2009, Samantha has been the first Homeopath in the UK with the latest version of the Physiospect Diagnostic software devised by Russian Scientists. This software tool may be able to detect and analyse the strengths and weaknesses in the human body. Ailments may be years from a conventional diagnosis.

The greatest piece of advice Sam can give to any other businesses, whether starting up, established or as successful as possible, is to ‘keep going, remain passionate and don’t ever give up’. It’s easy to see why Fountain Therapies is leaping from strength to strength and has clients singing their praises.

Their passion drives them, their desire to help is undeniable and their ingenious solutions to an increasing stressful world is commendable.

Net XP Case Notes: Sonny Cutting
Sam met Sonny of Net XP via Facebook after seeing an advert for a networking event at Hurst College, a luncheon which Net XP holds once a year to bring together businesses from all over Sussex for a networking lunch and awards presentation. After attending this event Sam approached us to re-develop her website, run her social media campaigns and generally train her partner Mark on how to do their own SEO and Social Media inhouse. Sussex Pages has supported Fountain Therapies for 2 years now, and it's been a fantastic experience to watch their brand find its organic potential online and offline at events across the region.
