March Latest News / 4th March 2017

by Sonny Cutting

We're officially a few short weeks away from our first event of the year at the highly prestigious East Sussex National resort, the venue for our Sussex business expo. We are incredibly excited for the big day and are ready to receive exhibitors, guests, and speakers alike.

It's been a busy month since our last newsletter to you… We've been working with the excellent company, Demonskinz, in Crowborough to design and create a 5-metre banner to showcase our brand on the big day. They have also brought Net XP’s brand vision come alive with window graphics and the casino theme, which you will see when you register on the day. A massive thanks to Nick and Elliott who put it all together.

Though we are itching to announce the winner and runner-up of the 'Excellence in Customer Service' award, we must bide our time like a child on Christmas Day waiting to open presents… On the big day, Nicole from Hastings Shout, after her hard work carrying out anonymous mystery shopper surveys, will proudly present the award to the winners. The winner is? Drumroll please…. Find out on the 16th of March!

We’ve also now added the ‘gaming’ section to the website in the form of the REWARDS system. It’s already live so you can play and test it and let us know what you think. Before long you’ll be able to register on the site and win prizes.

How cool is that? We think it's the perfect tool for learning, reaching goals and for having fun through quizzes, competitions, challenges, with rewards for different tasks. We will also have a points system which will give you badges for different achievements. As an incentive for continuity, at the end of the year on the 14th December at the Sussex Exchange, we will announce the top user of our scoreboard.

Register today and have FUN as you play.

The Show Guide, which was sponsored by Basepoint branches Crawley, Newhaven, Shoreham and Haywards Heath, has now been hand delivered by Sonny Cutting to 500 different businesses across the Mid Sussex region, along with 5000 flyers, 100 posters and 1000's of business cards to entice visitors to the event. Social Media and Event Management has also played a big part for the expo this time round, with over 300 people registering to attend the event so far via Facebook, Twitter and through our own website.

Which just leaves me to say a huge thank you to everyone for everything so far and we look forward to seeing you all at the EXPO. Come along to what is guaranteed to be a day to remember!
